We have to add a tourist tax (taxe de séjour) of € 0.20 per person per day.
Reservation fee: 25% of total, payable in advance (non refundable)
Remainder: payable on arrival
Deposit against damage: €150, payable on arrival, refundable.
Gas and electricity: included in summer, separate charge (meter reading) in winter
